Wonder Wok all began in the North West of England with the help of a Chinese chef called Mr Tan. We employed Mr Tan in our Chinese takeaway as head chef and quickly realised the popularity of our Salt and Pepper dishes, such as Salt and Pepper chips, squid and chicken.

It was also apparent that the success of these dishes was down to Mr Tan’s secret Salt and Pepper seasoning recipe. With his help we decided that this seasoning should be made available to any Chinese food enthusiast and other caterers too.

And so Wonder Wok was born.

Here at Wonder Wok we aim to take the mystery out of Chinese cooking and enable anybody to recreate some of their favourite takeaway dishes in their own home or catering establishment.

This traditional Chinese seasoning is versatile and can be used to create various popular dishes or completely new exciting recipes.

Wonder Wok Salt and Pepper Mix is available to buy in an easy to use 100g-shaker pot or in larger quantities for adventurous caterers!
